Amy Wilson

Amy Wilson is vice president at Workday and sets the strategic direction for Workday’s Human Capital Management solutions. Prior to Workday, Amy spent more than a decade focused on the intersection of people, business, and technology. Amy was vice president and principal analyst of people management technologies at Constellation Research Group. Before Constellation Research, Amy led the team responsible for Oracle's Fusion HCM talent applications. Amy also held leadership positions in product strategy, development, and consulting across multiple disciplines at PeopleSoft. Amy holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Cornell University with concentrations in mathematics, computer science and psychology. She is an experienced speaker and blogger, and has contributed to a number of industry publications.
