Ewan Carr

As an associate in Shakespeare Martineau’s employment team, Ewan works primarily with business owners and directors advising on the employment aspects of corporate governance. He deals with day-to-day HR issues, such as disciplinary and grievance situations, drafting contracts, policies and procedures and settlement agreements, as well as Tribunal litigation. Ewan also enjoys providing training on a wide range of HR issues, through delivering seminars and mock tribunals.
