Heidi, Senior Financial Wellbeing Consultant at LCP, has been in the pension and employee benefits industry since the early 1990’s and has worked for organisations from both a consultancy and provider perspective. Over the last decade she has produced and authored a number of thought leadership papers on many facets of employee wellbeing.
