Isabel is a commercial, outcome-focused HR executive with technology, financial services and consulting industry experience. She has a background in talent and organisational change management and has led the development and execution of people strategies across the globe. Isabel is passionate about the potential of the future workplace. Currently responsible for people strategy and the talent centres of excellence globally at FIS, the world’s largest global provider dedicated to banking and payments technologies. The centres of excellence span learning, organizational develoment, change, engagement and talent management. In addition, she is responsible for Human Capital across its subsidiary Capco - a fast growing global consulting firm specialised in the financial services industry.
