She has a background in talent and organisational change management and has led the development and execution of people strategies across the globe. Isabel is passionate about the potential of the future workplace.
Currently responsible for people strategy and the talent centres of excellence globally at FIS, the world’s largest global provider dedicated to banking and payments technologies. The centres of excellence span learning, organizational develoment, change, engagement and talent management. In addition, she is responsible for Human Capital across its subsidiary Capco - a fast growing global consulting firm specialised in the financial services industry.
Isabel has lived and worked all over the world and speaks three European languages fluently.

Isabel Naidoo is Capco’s global Human Capital Lead and FIS’s HR Strategy and Talent Centers of Excellence Lead. She joined Capco in 2010 and is responsible for developing a Human Capital platform to support Capco’s growth plans; attracting the best talent to underpin Capco’s core differentiation of deep industry expertise; and developing a truly unique culture.

Isabel has nearly two decades of expertise in managing large global change programs, employee engagement and people programs.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Capco, Isabel spent 12 years with Accenture, where she most recently held the role of Director of Human Capital and Diversity for the UK & Ireland. She began her career in professional services based in Spain before moving to London in 2004.
