Jon Rhymes

Jon is a co-founder of WorkGaps, a new online platform designed to simplify recruitment and work management. He has extensive business experience across finance, operations, sales and marketing. After qualifying as an accountant in 2002, Jon spent eight years working for investment banks. He subsequently headed an EMEA finance team in Dell, before leading a sales function targeting global technology outsourcing. He is passionate about WorkGaps’ capability to transform the engagement between employers and workers via technology.
