As Managing Partner for Talent at EY, UK & Ireland, Justine develops the firm’s talent strategy to ensure EY is fit for the future and continues to be an employer of choice in the industry. In her previous role she spent time shaping EY's global talent strategy and working with the Global executive team to prepare the organisation for the workplace of the future.
