Kedge Martin

Kedge Martin is Founder and CEO of Longbow Future and co-Founder of Longbow NXG. She is an executive coach and personal mentor. Previously CEO of WellChild (2000-2007); in 2007 she was appointed CEO of Sentebale, Prince Harry's charity for African Orphans and was a Founding member of TRH Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and HRH Prince Harry's Charities Forum. In 2016, she co-founded Longbow alongside Christopher James OBE and Rear Admiral Scott Lidbetter. Longbow is a values-based training and coaching business focusing on emotional wellbeing, decision making, building resilience, improving performance and satisfaction with individuals and business. They help people recalibrate at transitional stages of life, understand and develop their strengths, and simply be the best they can be.
