Kerry McGreavy

Kerry has worked for Coventry University Group for ten years, and has been Head of Apprenticeships for the last four. Her career began in recruitment and employability, offering career advice, guidance and coaching. She completed her BA in Management & Leadership at Coventry in 2016 as a mature student, studying part time while working at the University. She is dedicated to supporting others and developing their careers, especially women: via the Aurora programme, an initiative to bring women into senior leadership roles in HE; as a qualified coach mentor for Coventry’s Coaching and Mentoring Academy; and as part of the Athena Swan action team for the past 5 years. Kerry lives just outside Stratford-upon-Avon, raising her two children with the assistance of the family dog.
