Lisa Dolan

As Director of Employee Engagement at Teleperformance, Lisa is responsible for shaping, driving and promoting the employee engagement and experience strategy for over 7,000 employees in 20 locations across the UK, NI and South Africa. The firm is one of the largest global providers of customer experience management, and Lisa focuses on creating positive change by providing the structure and support needed to make people projects a success. As a board member of TP Women, Lisa spearheads with the team various diversity initiatives, actively speaks up on inequality, and is a huge mental health advocate. Teleperformance is a recently certified Great Place to Work™ employer, in which 97 per cent of their employees classed them as inclusive.
