Louisa Weinstein

Louisa Weinstein is the author of new book The 7 Principles of Conflict Resolution which provides conflict audits, templates for Early resolution schemes and Frameworks for Difficult Conversations. She has been passionate about mediation since over 20 years ago where as a corporate lawyer she saw how mediation provided solutions where law fell short. She has over 15 years’ experience in mediation and now heads up The Conflict Resolution Centre, which brings together exceptional mediators and trainers who cover a range of issues, including corporate and commercial, employment, workplace, property, inheritance, personal injury and intellectual property. Her experience showed her that mediation doesn’t have to be inevitable. Professionals and individuals can be taught how to do it for themselves and their organisations. In this way conflict and its resolution can become a force for change and growth.
