Marie Vickery

Marie Vickery is a Director on the Executive Team at Lifetime Training and leads the Business Development, Marketing and Partnership Launch functions. Starting her career in apprenticeships as a Trainer in 2006, Marie has lived through many of the apprenticeship reforms and changes. Through her career, Marie has worked side by side with hundreds of employers to create individualised apprenticeships strategies. An expert in communications and engagement, Marie then takes these plans to the next stage and supports the employers to roll out the apprenticeship programmes, often to many thousands of team members. Her expertise and enthusiastic approach instils confidence in those she engages with, and her vast experience of launching large-scale national programmes only adds weight to her credibility. Marie’s mission is to dispel employer doubts and fears about apprenticeships, delivering an integrated apprenticeship training solution that returns true value for the employer partners she works with.
