Mark Botha

Mark Botha is chief executive officer of Paragon Skills. Since his appointment in March 2015 Mark has successfully led the team through a turnaround period of vast change, implementing a new values driven culture that has resulted in learner success rates that have increased significantly year on year for three successive years and a strong Ofsted Grade 2 (May 2017). He is passionate about providing an outstanding teaching and learning experience and takes pride in helping individuals to meet their own professional goals and businesses to reach their strategic vision. Having worked within a diverse range of brands and sectors – such as Premier Global and Fitness First – and for both private equity-backed and privately owned entrepreneurial businesses, Mark has extensive strategic and operational experience, complemented by an analytical yet competitive approach.
