Matthew Jackson

Matthew is vice president of client solutions at Thomsons Online Benefits. His expertise in global employee benefits provision has been honed through 12 years working in the sector, 10 of these with SaaS provider of global employee benefits and employee engagement software, Thomsons Online Benefits. Here he heads up the Client Solutions function, working with global enterprises to implement a technology-led approach to benefits management. While working in the Partnerships team at Thomsons, Matthew also worked as Director, Benefits Optimisation Solutions in Asia Pacific at Willis Towers Watson before taking on the role of Global Product Leader – Global Benefits at ADP. Matthew is a subject matter expert in global benefits management and the growing role of technology within this. He is passionate about empowering clients to take control of their benefits engagement, administration , cost and risk management through greater adoption of better technology.
