Melody Moore

My current role at Hay Group is focussed on building the solutions part of our business. This includes our leadership and talent diagnostic product portfolio and our predefined assessment and leadership development offers. A key part of the role is working closely with my marketing colleagues to raise Hay Group's profile. This includes writing thought leadership, responding to media enquiries, leading webinars and speaking at conferences. A selection of these can be seen in the section below. Prior to this I worked as a L&D consultant, which involved the selling, design and delivery of a range of Talent Management interventions, including Leadership Development, Coaching, Team Development and Assessment. Working with individuals, groups and teams across the public and private sectors, I use my coaching and facilitation skills to help organisations and individuals learn how to turn potential into high performance. I also managed a team of junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and grow into rounded, competent consultants.
