Phil Bailey

Phil co-founded global learning consultancy OnTrack International in 1988 and heads its digital learning team. He works with heads of HR, L&D and organisational development to create business-relevant, multi-method learning solutions that transform the way employees think and behave. His 30 years of experience covers all aspects of learning and he specialises in improving sales, management and customer service effectiveness. Prior to forming OnTrack, Phil managed the Middle East and Mediterranean service for Cunard Line, where he held a number of management positions over eight years, including serving as Second Officer of the QE2.
