Sadaf advises operational teams on interpretation of legislative and regulatory dietetic specifications. She is also responsible for undertaking periodic menu reviews for the healthcare and education sector. She leads and develops the ‘Steps4Health’; G4S Facilities Management Health and wellbeing programme and delivers dietetic training for managers, frontline staff and student placements.An experienced HCPC (Health & Care Professional Council) registered dietitian with the last 11 years spent in food service dietetics.
