Thomas Dubaere

Thomas Dubaere is the Managing Director of AccorHotels UK & Ireland. He is living proof of the career development ethos at AccorHotels, having worked for the group for 26 years. Starting his hospitality career in Belgium as a maître d in 1990, he held numerous positions within the group in Europe before being appointed to lead the UK business in 2012. Passionate about helping people progress through their careers, Thomas also sits on the British Hospitality Association (BHA) Board of Directors
