Tracey has 20 years of human resource management and organisational development experience, gained across NHS organisations and other major UK charities. Tracey has direct experience of working with charity shop staff and volunteers, healthcare professionals, fundraisers and corporate teams. Tracey's ambition for Sue Ryder is to ensure it is a great place to work, where staff and volunteers can develop, feel fulfilled and therefore strive to be the best they can be; bringing in funds and delivering care to those who need it. Sue Ryder supports people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether it’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition. For over 65 years, Sue Ryder’s doctors, nurses and carers have given people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.
