Tracy McNeill

Tracy is principal consultant at a&dc. She joined the company in 2008 after spending a year working with one of a&dc’s international partners in Dubai. Working in a region with such a diverse mix of people from different nationalities, cultures and religions, Tracy gained an in-depth understanding of the key diversity issues and how to ensure fairness in selection, development and training. Prior to this, Tracy gained an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey. During this time she achieved a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A & B) and has since become qualified on a number of different psychometric tools.
