Simon has over 25 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, and more recently focuses on driving inclusion and belonging strategies that support the progression and retention of underrepresented talent. Previously Hon. Vice-President of the Institute of Student Employers shaping its members’ apprenticeship strategies, Simon is now Hon. Teaching Fellow for the ‘Leaders in Residence’ programme at Lancaster University, is one of three Delivery Partners for the City of London Corporation Senior Diversity Taskforce, and is Deputy Chair for the Apprentice Diversity Champions Network (ADCN) supporting the government’s commitment to diversity in apprenticeships.
