This week is our Early Careers Development focus week, which focuses on apprenticeships, graduates, and people of all ages in the early stages of their careers.

Our latest special edition examines the issues surrounding Early Careers Development, an area that is developing quickly as apprenticeships revolutionise the paths people take after they leave college. We want to know your opinion on the benefits of apprenticeships over university.

Our last poll

Last week we were talking Mental Health in time for Mental Health Awareness Week.

There is much debate over whether HR departments are doing enough to help people with mental health issues in the workplace. This week we want to know if you think that your HR department is doing enough to help employees with these issues. Of course, answers remain anonymous!

  1. This is great to see, the right apprenticeship really is better than uni. There’s nothing better than experience in the actual job you want. I started off on a apprenticeship in Sheffield as a hairdresser and iv been working for the same company for over 4 years now!
