Today we a launching our Early Careers Development Week, a week long celebration of the revolution Early Careerstaking place in the post-school sphere.

Over the next week we intend to feature the latest thinking from a range of experts and experienced practitioners as we deliver the early careers agenda for 2017, and you will be able to keep track of it right here, on the HRreview site.

HRreview will take a look at how the area is developing quickly as apprenticeships change the paths people take after they leave the educational system, and companies introduce early careers strategy and training into their businesses to mentor and foster talent to bridge the skills gaps they have in their organisation.

Many companies now also recognise the importance of intergrating social mobility into the workforce, not only for commerical reasons but also to highlight corporate social responsibility and improve employer brand.

This edition includes exclusive content from HR professionals speaking at our leading early careers summit including James Thickett from PepsiCo, Philip Paige from JP Morgan and Jeffery Lovejoy from the FDM Group.

All the features will be available on the site over the week, or you can download them here where you will find them collated together in a handy portfolio.

If you like what you read, many of those who have completed articles will be speaking at Symposium Event’s upcoming Early Careers Development forum at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London on July 6th 2017. You can book to attend, or find out more here.
