The infographic provides the avg. ratio of IC specialists to employees. Is there a source for the optimal number? The range given is really wide (100% diff between the low and high end of the range) AND even at that range 50% of them say that investment in IC is insufficient. Would love to know if there is an optimal amount of IC support to an organization where “optimal” is that they are able to reach their IC goals.
