Prior to joining Gallagher, Andrew spent 14 years accruing vast experience of HR technology and employee benefits. In 2017 Andrew started part-time study for his MBA, with a thesis on the impact leadership and culture have on creativity and innovation in an organisation. This ignited a passion for optimising the employee experience, something he now gets to impact every day, helping people feel different about work. He’s presented at a number of industry events, predominantly in the areas of HR technology, wellbeing and employee experience, with organisations such as REBA and Robertson Cooper.
